Mike

Mike has been a qualified optometrist since 1998. His clinical interests include providing eye care for children and adults with all levels of ability, particularly those who cannot communicate in the usual way such as infants and young children, children with special needs and adults with intellectual disability.

He has been a tutor at the School of Optometry and VisionSciences, Cardiff since 2001 teaching undergraduate and postgraduate optometrists. Mike works for NHS Wales leading innovation in community eye health services. In his spare time, he plays viola with the City of CardiffSymphony Orchestra and runs an occasional half marathon.
